I was involved in an accident in 2011. I was going straight past an intersection and another truck going the opposite direction turned at the intersection, striking me. He admitted he did not see me and was clearly at fault. I filled out the police report and it states, by both parties, that he was at fault. A year later I bought a new car. I tried to get insurance. Everywhere I go my quotes are sky high, like almost $200 a month. I asked them why so much, and they advised I was listed at fault in the accident. I called the DMV, the insurance adjuster, and the police, and they all say I am not at fault. Well, the DMV says they see an accident but it does not show who was at fault. The insurance companies keep saying they are getting this info from the DMV but thats not possible. I was told by one small insurance company that this is a tactic used by companies. They see me as not at fault but try to manipulate me to get more money. What do I do to clear my name? I have the official police report, as well as all my medical bills from the accident. Again, the DMV cannot see any at fault, therefore cannot do or change anything.

I have a wisdom tooth that is close to a facial nerve so I have to have a specialist pull it. Does anyone know of a dentist insurance plan that is affordable that doesn't have a wait list and that covers oral surgery? Or does anyone know of a dental office that will take payments? I have called around everywhere and seem to keep hitting dead ends

Can I have 2 health insurances?Edit My Information: - 23 years old, CA resident, Citizen, Not Student, Male Situation: Left California for Job (Blue Shield of California / Delta Dental) - Currently covered under my mother's health insurance until 26 (Blue Shield of CA believes I am still student) - Mother works at a hospital so I get 100% coverage at hospital and 20% max elsewhere (usually just co-pay) - great health insurance plan - All hospitals in MA are out-of network for CA insurance - I can go to urgent care when needed and services are covered...but long wait always -emergency fees are $100 tops Took job offer in Massachusetts that offers health insurance (Harvard Pilgrim / Humana) - it is the normal Harvard Pilgrim Plan - Have to pay premium (~$150/month) for PPO - primary care visits and specialized doctors are covered at 40% (i think...) - Expect to transfer back to CA office in 6 months - 1 year Current Health Conditions: - Teeth hurt (cavities) - Rotator Cuff injury (long ago still hurts) Decision: I have 6 days to decide, what should i do?! If I choose the MA one, I will likely lose CA insurance since they will see I am not a student.

Will my car insurance pay out?

Last night without my knowledge, my boyfriend let his friend take MY car out and he crashed it. I did not give my consent for this and although my boyfriend is on my insurance, its my car. Im the only owner. My name on the log book. I have told the police I did not give my consent. Turns out his mate has no insurance. My insurance company are dealing with it as a stolen car at the moment but until I get a crime reference number it wont go ahead. The police are not coming back until next Saturday to do a statement. Where do I stand here as im worried because my boyfriend said he could, it wont be classed as theft and my insurance wont pay out and then im buggered. This man has no money so I cant even say for him to sort this financially. Ive got to be realistic. Help!! :(

Bought a new car, but now is too expensive. How do I trade in for a cheaper car?

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus S, I love it but its starting to cost me alot. I still owe 18,800 on it. I make about 1300/mo Car payment is $320/mo Insurance is $230/mo And I have a few other bills.. So it leaves me like $150 for 2 weeks every paycheck. Which, isn't enough. I want a Wrangler, and I found great prices on then and insurance believe it for not is cheaper on it, but the problem is.. Is the equity on the trade in. I made a mistake on this car, and now.. Really I'm trying to get rid of it as soon as possible, so I can start saving for my Wrangler. What do you suggest I do? Thanks.
